Yes, written and signed authorization letter from Site Constructor(s) and Owner(s) will be required prior to proceeding.

Would preparations be required prior to flying the drone?

All site personnel including but not limited to vendors, suppliers, construction workers and office staff must be informed prior to the drone operation, and must be briefed on-site the day of the service by competent site safety manager prior to flying.

Would pet(s) be an Issue in or around the property?

To avoid incidents that can lead to damages and delays, all pets must remain on a leash and contained during the period of operating the drone. All incidents, and damages incurred as a result of not following the above precautionary procedure will be reported to the FAA.

Can the drone be flown indoors?

We will schedule an initial visit to the venue for assessment. All findings uncovered during the initial visit will be reported to you.

Can I customize a package according to my needs?

The different packages above is an example of what's included under each plan. In the BASIC Plan, you can pick one outdoor Event related location of your choice. The PLUS Plan, you can pick two outdoor Event related locations. The PRO plan includes three outdoor Event related locations. When possible, we will work with you to customize and implement a plan of your choice.
